Transversal Extensometer Series 3575

The 3575 transverse extensometer is self-supporting on the specimen and well suited for measuring transverse or diametral strain on axially loaded specimens.
It is suitable for specimens of any diameter or width ranging from 0 to 25 mm.

Sheet Metal r-Value Extensometer Series 3575AVG

Designed for measuring plastic strain ratio (r-value) in sheet metal testing, this extensometer averages the lateral strain at two locations. This model may be used simultaneously with the Model 3542 axial extensometer.This unit is commonly used for measurement of Poisson's ratio, for transverse measurements with anisotropic materials like many composites and for sheet metal testing such as r-value determination.

Automatic Averaging Transverse Strain Extensometer Series MFQ-A

Designed for productive measure of plastic strain ratio (r-value) for steel according to ISO 10113, ASTM E517, JIS z 2254 and other international standards. The automatic MFQ-A transverse extensometer is well suited for companies which need increased specimen throughput to maximize efficiency as this unit reduce time-consuming steps of traditional clipon transverse extensometers.
The MFQ-A can be fully integrated into the automatic extensometers model MFL and MFX.

Transversal Extensometer Series MFQ-H

The self-supporting, hand-clamped, transversal extensometers MFQ-H are designed for measuring plastic strain ratio (r-value) in sheet (metal) testing or round samples.

Model MFQ-H extensometers are applicable for testing to ISO 10113 and ASTM E517.

These extensometers are available with one measuring location or as is available with one single measuring location or as averaging unit with two measuring locations.
