General Purpose Axial Extensometer Series 3542

The 3542 Series are general purpose strain gage extensometers for axial tensile, compression, and cyclic testing. They are available with various gauge lengths, measuring & temperature ranges.
Gauge lengths are available from 10 mm to 80 mm (and 0.5 to 2 inches) and full-scale measuring ranges from 5% to 100% strain.

Axial Extensometers Series EXA

This extensometer was specially developed for testing new materials, such as carbon fibers, ceramics, a.s.o. as well as fordetermining the properties of organic materials. It is characterised by very low weight, high natural frequency, and a high accuracy of ± 0.1 % of full scale. Gauge lengthranging from 10 mm up to 100 mm with measuring displacements from ± 0.25 mm to ±10 mm.

Clip-On Extensometer Series MFA-20

The MFA-20 Clip-On Extensometer is often used for testing of metallic materials including Rebar and specimens with scale testing due to its robust design and quick and easy change of gauge lengths.

Suitable for determining the yield point and deformation for samples above 4 mm diameter and 15 mm width.

Clip-On Extensometer Series MFA-25 / 12 / 8

The MFA series are multipurpose clip-on extensometers suitable for a wide range of different materials with an initial gauge length starting from 25 (20) mm.

Miniature Axial Extensometers Series 3442

The 3442 Series are small profile and ultra-light weight, these units are appropriate for testing small and delicate samples yet rugged enough for daily use on standard specimens. Ideal for strain measurement of wire specimens, sheet materials, and standard ISO or ASTM specimen geometries. Excellent for low and high cycle fatigue testing.

Gauge lengths are available from 3 mm to 50 mm and full-scale measuring ranges from ±0.5 mm to +12.5 mm.

Long Gauge Length Extensometer Series 3542L

The 3542L models are designed for long gauge length application that requires low-level strain measurements. These extensometers are available with gauge lengths from 100 mm to 600 mm.

Long Gauge Length Axial Extensometer Series MFI

The MFI series extensometers have been specially designed for applications where long gauge lengths are required. Available are units with measuring range 20 mm, 40 mm or 100 mm and gauge lengths up to 1000 mm. Typical applications includes testing of wire strands, wires, cables, chains, belts and others.

High Elongation Axial Extensometer Type 3800

Designed for rubber, elastomer and high-elongation plastics testing for strain from 100%-2000%. 
The unique design allows testing to failure and minimizes interaction with the sample.
