1500°C High Temperature Extensometer with Adjustable Gauge-Lengths PMA-12

The PMA Series of extensometers represents the high-end-solution of high temperature extensometers. Available are units to be used in combination with high temperature furnace, inductive heating system or high temperature inert gas / vacuum systems.
The PMA-12 extensometers are designed to be used with high temperature furnaces for application at temperatures up to 1500°C in air with automatic recognition of feeler contact with specimen.

 

High Temperature, Hot Mountable furnace Extensometer Series 3549

The Model 3549 features a very low sensitivity to vibration and hence is suited for high temperature, strain controlled axial testing and other normal test methods. It is possible to connect this model to the test sample in a few seconds.

Self-Supporting High Temperature Extensometer Series 3448 up to 1200°C

Designed for use with furnaces with a slot or with induction heating systems.
The units are held on the specimen by light, flexible ceramic fiber cords. These make the extensometer self-supporting on the specimen.

High Temperature, Low Strain Extensometer with Extended Performance Series 7650A up to 1600 °C

Model 7650A water-cooled extensometers measure and control strains with extremely high precision due to their design features and low strain range.

All models are capable of tension and compression strain measurement and may be used for fatigue testing under fully reversed load and strain conditions at frequencies up to 10 Hz.
